Delivery and Return Policy
Delivery Area
MS Clothing delivers to all locations within the geographical boundary of India. We do not deliver to International locations at this time but will soon be able to fulfill all such orders with advance payment options and respective Custom Duties and taxes of other countries.
Delivery Methods
galactiksports.com dispatches all parcels using best service provider in the field of courier to offer you fast and reliable delivery. You can track your delivery via by logging to our courier partner’s website.
Cash On Delivery ( Currently Not Available!! )
Cash on delivery option is currently not available in India.
Delivery Times
The goods will be delivered within 5-7 working days from the date of dispatch for all deliveries within India and estimated delivery times are available from the moment you place your order. Only in some rare cases when the products are out of stock the dispatch date is 15-20 days approx. Once your parcel has been dispatched by our Logistics team, an email will be sent to you.
Delivery Problems
Despite our best efforts and those of our courier partner, certain issues can arise before your parcel is delivered. In order to guarantee you seamless service quality, galactiksports.com promises to do its best to find the causes and resolve the problem in a timely manner.
Track Order Online
Once your parcel has been dispatched, an email containing your parcel information is sent to you. You can then follow your parcel’s progress on our courier partner website.
What if I am not available at the time of delivery?
Should you not be present when our courier attempts to deliver your parcel, a message/call will be left for your information. If your neighbour/help/driver/family member has accepted it on your behalf, the delivery will be considered ‘Delivered’. However, a second attempt will automatically be made after 48 hour if no one was present at the given address. After the second attempt, our courier will hold on to your parcel for 2 days awaiting further instructions from the recipient before returning your parcel to MS Clothing. Once the parcel has been sent back to us, you must wait until it arrives in our warehouse. We will re-dispatch it to you as per your instructions. You will have to bear re-delivery charges which may vary from the charges in your actual order price.
Why I am not getting option of Cash on Delivery?
There are certain areas where our courier partners find difficulties to deliver products on time. In such case we have to find different non conventional route to deliver products to you. Also sometimes due to several issues including wrong address, address not found, door being locked or customer not accepting courier while it has been delivered using Cash on Delivery method. In such cases to avoid any harassment to our customers by courier company executive we have chosen to remove Cash on Delivery.
However, customer refusing to accept the parcel after its been at there door step will be treated as Non-serious Orders and cash on delivery services will permanently be stopped for any future orders.
Damaged Parcel
Please make a video while opening the parcel. No complaints will be entertained regarding damage and missing product without Parcel Opening Video.
When you receive your parcel, you notice that it is damaged you should refuse to accept it. All parcels are guaranteed to be in perfect condition when they are dispatched from our warehouse, complete with security tape that should be visible and intact. Send us an e-mail at msclothing99@gmail.com stating that you have refused to accept the damaged parcel within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. We will arrange the pickup of parcel. In case pickup service is not available at your location from our Logistic partner then customer send us the parcel through any convenience mode. In this case, Customer will bear the return charges. It should reach us within 7 days. We will resend the same article to you without any charges. In case we don’t have stock at that point in time we will issue a credit note of same amount paid by customer. No complaints will be entertained after wear and tear of the article , No refunds will be given in both cases.
What to do if a damaged parcel has been delivered?

If your parcel was left for you in your post-box, or if your neighbour/help/driver/family member has accepted it on your behalf, and it is damaged, the parcel is considered ‘Accepted’. If on opening your parcel you notice that items are damaged or missing, please inform us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel by sending an e-mail at msclothing99@gmail.com.
I have only received part of my order.

Please be aware that your order may be dispatched in separate parcels and on different dates due to several reasons like out of stock items, custom orders etc. If you have only received a part of your order, we recommend you visit the delivery tracking page in the My Account → My orders section. If shipment is still ongoing, your missing items will certainly be delivered shortly. If the shipment dates have lapsed and you have not received your entire order, please contact us by sending a mail to customer care at msclothing99@gmail.com.
What to do if I want to return and refund?
If your parcel was delivered and its not defective, not any size issue, not liked by you. In this case we offer only exchange with same article or other article on tyka.com. if there is price difference in any exchange, customer will bear the re-shipping charges as well as cost difference of articles. No enquiry will be entertained after 24 hours of delivery. NO REFUND POLICY.
Note: The estimated time of delivery is different depending on the areas you live in. It may differ from one item to another and from one location to another. General time of delivery varies from 3-5 days. It may take 7-10 business days depending on the location, mostly remote parts of India. Business days exclude Public Holidays, National Holidays and Sundays. If in any case, we deliver the items through Speed Post or No pickup facility available at your location. Customer will return at his own cost. We will not refund this amount.

In case of Returns / Refunds - for purchases where free gifts or items that have not be charged - were a part of the Order :
All items including the free gifts / items that not have been charged need to be returned in order to claim the refund / get credit voucher for the entire amount paid. In case the free gift or items that have not been charged are not returned - a full refund / credit voucher for full value shall not be issued.
There may be a pro-rated deduction of the value of the free gift or item not charged to calculate the credit voucher in case the free gift / Item not charged have not been returned.
